CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Serve customers in Market Places (Shopee / Tokopedia / Lazada) and understand how to handle complaints
• Serve customers
• Provide product knowledges
• Resolve customers' complaints
• etc

REQUIREMENTS :

Max. 30 years old

• Minimum education high school equivalent
• Have 1-2 years experience as Customer Service
• Fresh Graduate with experience are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English is a must
• Preferable to those who have ability to speak Mandarin
• Wiling to work overtime if needed

WILLING TO BE PLACED AT PIK & WORK ON SATURDAY
